Dayammm... yes @maelstrom ... what NUFFIE did that... lol... I have the original o-rings from my 3LN carbs I put a litetek kit through...they're the same part no... or you could order the A kit for the zeal from litetek... about $75 AU... http://litetek.co/Carb_Kit_Yamaha_Zeal.html

if there were no o-rings in 3 & 4 it would have been worse than 2 cylinder zeal... :headbang: some people shouldn't be allowed near anything mechanical... not just carbies... hopefully all your problems are solved now @HiveFleetAbyss ... rubber side down and may there be no flashing blue lights in your mirrors... or you may wish it was still running crap...

lol made my night, sadly took some pretty strong pain killers for a migrain and they're hitting pretty hard so can't even take bike for a spin to test while there's no traffic (might fall asleep while riding) it wasn't the fact of no oring it was more the caps weren't on correct so the holes on the carby where just sitting in the breeze doing nothing, the idiot put 3 and 4 on 180 degree around the other way.

"just sitting there in the breeze doing nothing".... let me correct you there... that's a vacuum leak... hope you're feeling well enough to let us know if it's fixed...

Took the bike for fang up the highway today I'm hitting 100+ easily in 3rd now but due to traffic have gotten it up to 120 (but with much more ease then before) I'll get myself the correct orings for that carby and hopefully that'll be the end of this horror story

1st and 2nd lifters (ones that had the diaphragm cap on wrong way and had no orings) are a little laggy but hopefully correct sized orings will solve that

You should also clean and blow those orifices out where the o-rings sit. In the image you posted they were quite dirty.

Just a matter of take carbies off again and before putting fresh orings in spray with carby cleaner of just apray a little on a rag and clean where the orings sit?

You should be able to get away with cleaning first and then blow the holes out with compressed air.

3bond is your friend when carby cleaning..Also will need a cheap carb leaner as the 3bond leaves a residue and the alcohol based cheaper one will get rid of the residue.... I dont have a air compressor but i do own a ultra sonic cleaner... great little machines for doing these sorts of jobs..
