replaced the front piston seals in the 750, new 5.1 motul brake fluid and pressure bled after getting annoyed with normal bleed process.magic.

trigger gun ..that works in reverse so sucks out and draws fluid into closed container.

    bought it from gray,s online.

Don't feel too bad Moo, we all do it at some stage. These days I give it a quick spray or 2 and walk away, each time that I've tried to improve the result I mess it up.

this is typically done with the inner fork tubes removed, then seated on v-blocks and a spun with a dial gauge measuring any deflection at the ends - though if you disassemble them and check by eye using a straight edge first off that will give you some clue to begin with

    peace out

Have been trying out the new brakes. Bike is very smooth since being to the mechanics. Brakes are very grippy, the front has more take up than the rear. I'm sure the steel lines help somewhat (apart from looking cool  )

    So this happened tonight.

Went for a city run lights went yellow i decided to stop my mate thought we were gonna run it. I came to a complete stop as he dropped a gear and reved up. He tried to avoid me and clipped my zaust. Feeling quite sore in the legs just threw my bike out frm under me while he attempted to flip his bike which tried to hug him upon landing. Everyone are ok besides a few broken bike bits and bruised egos.

Just a few bruises for me my bike pretty much slipped out under me. Where my passenger would have been smacked me in the calves.

Nah he was a fair distant back just that his bike was a gsxR 1000 so once down a gear and accelerating it moves quickly. Had he noticed i was breaking all would've been sweet. Plus side is I'm pretty sure there's no chasis damage they built this Zeals to be abused obviously.
