So found a few rough spots nothing real harsh though that would kill a seal in 2 months. Like run over with a sanding now (no hard enough to scratch) followed by 1000grit and 1500grit paper. Just trying to drain the last of the old oil out then will refill and refit. Picked up those carby seals got them for free as no casha nd they weren't gonna put $1 on card XD and got new seals for my petcock as the screw washes had perished which may have been the cause of the air in my fuel tank, also fuel filter had cracked so another culprit.

Went bto test tyre warmers with generator would start but stall when underload so off carbs came
Had been sat for 3 years never used and was brand new however the carbs were dirty and main jet partial blocked cleaned and put together got the tyres to a toasty 75 degrees

    Nothing.
Continued work on putting the ceiling in my little workshop and my MotoGadget RFID ignition switch arrived. Woohoo!
It is a lot smaller than I thought. Just two more expensive bits to cross off the electrics list now, the digital fan/pump controller and Mosfet reg-rec.

Pulled carbies off and fiddled, cause after yesterdays attempt of fiddling after putting the new seals etc in I went from being able to make it to 120kph to then only able to make 100kph but now after all arvo it's gotten even worse and struggling to get up to 80kph -.- unfortunately i don't have the cash to take it to a mechanic and scream fix it.

Anyone know roughly what one would expect to pay to get the carbies on my Zeal tuned and set up properly? Getting sick of playing with them. Got it back to a standard (pilot jets all the way in and out 3 turns) so running decently but i can't do the adjustments from there as while bike running with fuel tank to the side i can't get a screw driver to the pilots.

Workshop rates are about $95 - $110 per hour, because yours is a naked, I would expect it shouldn't take any more than an hour to tune it, although bank on 2 hours to be safe

Cheers @kiffsta as you know from my previous this thing has given me nothing but grief in the top end of life and it comes back to the carbies a lot so once I get the new tubes from my factory airbox and get that fitted i'll look at getting it tuned probably and hopefully happy rides follow

Need something to spice up my bike life so I gave the Zeal a small respray. Could've been much better next time i'll have to remember to put more petroleum jelly in the recesses.
