Looks like an MC19 for sale in Tamworth. @Murdo something for you or Pete? $1,500 is the ask, but he may be keen to move it on. I am kinda keen to have a go on one of these.

Frank, There is likely to be a few of these kicking about as race bikes as many of the riders have now moved on the bigger bikes.

 

Thanks Peter. I keep an eye on the historic bike sales and Honda CBR race bikes are asking $3k+ for a rough MC19 and $4k+ for an MC22. Most of them are stock street bikes without indicators and mirrors. Occasionally they will have a KEO rear shock. This one looks to be in reasonable condition, but $4k for something running an MC19 engine & Carbs seems to be a lot more expensive than the $1,500 MC19 in Tamworth. This bike has run 8 times in the last 3 years at Carnell Raceway (Stanthorpe) according to the owner, so who knows what it goes like. It is a track day bike only.



Let me know if you find a cheap CBR track bike for sale.

Stick in the a corner with a tarp over it. You'll get to it eventually.

 

No mate after much pondering I'm having a clean out, getting rid of all the bikes except my Silver ZXR and my DT100. The wife and I wont be around much for the next couple of years and I would like the bikes to go to someone who will enjoy them. What you say makes sense and will I will probably get another project in the future. I will probably regret it.
