so I ordered a few more parts for the Aprilia, a genuine RS250 battery strap cost me $6 , and a coolant cap was $10 , I enquired about the RS250 Powervalve wheel that connects the powervalve cables to the assembly, genuine Aprilia $144 each... Seeing as though I was at Springwood Suzuki ( Also an Aprilia dealer) , they priced me up one from an RGV250 and they were $22.50 each , huge difference :thumb_ups:

Full set of Aprilia power valve cables, $150, Suzuki were $70 , they should be here by Friday then once fitted, we can have a crack at firing her up.

If you are in Brisbane looking for Suzuki parts , try Springwood Suzuki ( also do KTN, Suzuki and Aprilia) they have been awesome to deal with and pricing has been competitive. I enquired about some Tyres for the Aprilia, Im looking at Bridgestone S20's, local bike shop $439 fitted for a pair, Springwood Suzuki were the same but said if I dropped the wheels down instead of having them on the bike, they would take $22.50 per wheel off the price, cant argue with that, $389 fitted for a pair

I won a master cylinder on ebay for $56 delivered, it is coming from Japan and I hope to have it early next week, then I can put the panels on, get some rego and give her a decent run :thumb_ups:
