With costs in mind been doing a bit of digging.. if 'moff' isn't on here anymore.. came up with this off ebay and traced it back to his ebay login.. 'anderson125'.. fire him a message as I'm almost certain he'll have one left as I've never seen the 'other' one listed on the 'bay and he always sells stuff that way.. that's if the Japanese home market guys haven't got there first as there not available in Japan new/used anymore and I've had a few offers to break engines to send the flywheel's back..hope this helps a little and don't give up.. it's a minor hiccup..his name is Allan Moffet, I bought one of my gsxr's off him directly and another two that he sold on previously..thinking about it Kiffsta has a gsxr 250 rrk in bits somewhere after hitting problems with an engine build..its worth an ask..otherwise I think I'll make a thread on the one I had made but I cant find my old phone for the pics..it'll turn up!!!

This is what you'll need as a start point to do it with an eye on costs..

    Thanks m8
I’ve messaged moff on eBay and I’ll keep a look out for the flywheel you mentioned, I do think mine is damaged it looks kinda oval on close inspection, I think when he hit the gate stump it’s cracked the case and hit the flywheel that what probably dislodged magnets :(

I have a spare 250 bottom end in my container - I'll have a look sometime next week and see if the flywheel is there, and the same as yours.

    Little update on the Cobra,,,,
After a bit of searching Online I got in touch with a lad who’s head mech at a bike garage not to far from where I live,,,
Anyway Within 24 hours of speaking to him he called to my house to have a look at the bike, checked the stators I had and had a general look around it, he was very surprised at the condition of her ;)
This morning he phoned to say he had found parts at one of his suppliers and could supply them or supply and fit with a full pre start check,,,, compression ect So here’s what it’s gonna cost,,,, I’m 95% sure all will be well after this repair as it was all good 10ish years ago when my pal broke it by riding into a small driveway stump.
    What your views on costs?
I’m quite happy as after some wheeling dealing the bike stands me at nothin as it is at the min.
Bearing in mind I’m no mechanic and have very limited tools/ knowledge.

Seems reasonable to have a working reliable bike, and he may see other problems before they become a problem.
