Hello, from Japan. I am Japanese. I have just joined this site today.

I got KLR250 in last June! I had been looked for information of restoration
for KLR250 on web. Because of KLR250 is not popular in Japan.
Now I restoring my KLR250 and I have just started my blog!

    Kawasaki KLR250 Restoration http://klr250.net/

My blog is written in Japanese and English.
Reason of writing both language is let's enjoy my restoration with KLR
owner in the world! and please tell me better information of restoration
    for KLR250.

My ability of English is not higher, probably I take miss grammar and
expression in English. But please understand my wishes.

    Best regards

    Welcome to the forum
Your KLR look's pretty good condition
Lot's of work to polish the plastic's by hand. i've done quite a few motocross plastic's as well
I usually scrape the chalky oxidised white layer off and go back to clean plastic with a sharp single edged razor blade, then sand back and polish, take's a lot of time

OY let the poor guy get settled before you saddle him with that lot, though I do agree greeting him in his native to language was a good start
