Hey guys howabout these? Very tempted, but i reckon i might chop my own fingers off or smthn hahaha http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/1990-200...prg=20131017132637&rk=1&rkt=4&sd=321348746521
There is a reason why the say "Screaming Demon Pty Ltd holds absolutly no liability for personal injury caused by the use of this product other than for display purposes"
Yep, had a giggle over that. I reckon when you smashin a zxr through the natio, the least of your worries is pointy levers though
They have this type of levers for many bikes. And I'm under the impression that a business can't avoid liability with just a note. If I sell a dangerous item that is not to be used on a vehicle, I can't just say "if you use it and get hurt, it's not my problem". I might be wrong though.
You are wrong indeed. Saying "not for any purpose other than display" clearly notifies the buyer of the liability they are taking upon themselves. Basic Australian Consumer Law principle. I do work in this field.
