    Go with turning it into a Race/track bike, its a cheap and easy thing to do if you already have the spare bike (im looking at turning my spare frame into another track bike....just need a few big items.....an engine been one :p ) but honestly, its not that expencive. i can send you as many images of my set up as you need and im happy to help with what ever advise you need. no point in spending money on another bike if you already have one. just get stuck in mate!

    ah you'll be surprised how quick you pick it up and how brave you become. those 250's can carry some great corner speed and because their so light their great for out breaking the big bikes :) i love wrecking folks on 600 and 1000's heads, its very funny over taking them in a corner or coming into a corner even through they'll retake you on a straight :)

    so anyway.....enought jibba jabba.....get the project started....pictures please :)
