Project 1989 FZR 250R EXUP Bike-in-a-box rebuild

    ive set float heights to 11.5mm, from the 13mm they were at before, inspected carb rubbers only one had some minor cracking so ive repaired it with sealant as a precaution, bt of sealant on the o-ring in the base again as a precaution, just waiting on the correct (3LN for some reason) jet holder seals then i can reassemble it in a slightly different way that will hopefully prevent any air leaks around the carb rubber tops, then see if it idles any better, so it should be richer on the fuel level, and hopefully with no more air locks, if it all looks good ill then test the actual fuel level.

    also when i took it apart one arm of one of the floats was full of fuel...so ive changed that one for another one that seems to be free of cracks, that wont have made it too happy before...

    The float height should be more like 16mm.
    The fuel height is 9.2mm
