    I have the handlebar ends if you need them, I can also lend you a M10 x 1.0 tap if still required, Also have a throttle from my FZR250 parts bike.

    Ive ordered bar ends from XCite and I have also ordered new and simpler switch gear and seperate throttle assembly ... also a new brake master .... everything on the right bar was bulky and/or junk .....
    so we shall see how that all works :thumb_ups:

    Their prices are very competitive also - been checking for some specs on there recently and I've been pleasantly surprised by their prices

    New fork oil and new front wheel bearings installed .... still had its originals
    Forks cleaned up ok even though someone has attacked them with the orbital sander and 40 grit paper
    The aluminium foil/WD40 method worked its magic

    The cross threading maniac has struck again .... this stud just "fell out" when I removed the headers ... the double nuts being another stroke of engineering genius

    The wheel bearing kit had no seals and the fork seals came with no dust covers :commando:

    Its all a bit temporary anyway as Im still waiting for the head stem bearing kit.

    But its more inspiring with more parts on the bike than laying on the floor :D

    You do need to be able to turn around at the end of the strip an motor back to the pits :)

    They look good, pretty shiny - I cleaned some pistons years ago with oven cleaner to get rid of all of the carbon and gummed up ring lands.
    It turned them darkish grey - I then boiled them in water with some cream of tartar and they sparkled again with a bright shine
