    I'll let you know how long the Keyster needles and emulsion tube's last when mine wear out
    They were fitted almost a year ago now

    ok guys. so I've finally got everything apart and clean. about to start the reassemble. do I just lube everything brass with wd40 and locktite the butterfly screws?

    ok gurus ive nearly got these carbs back together. just need to know how to set up the needles before putting them in the slides. any help?

    so just the plastic and the clip no washer under the plastic or anything?

    Carb's 2 and 3 have a washer under the plastic spacer going by the service manual.

    Carb's 1 & 4 clip position 3, carb's 2 &3 clip position 3.5

    hi guys. have finally got some shims for my valves so will get into that soon. but I am having alot of trouble finding fairings for this 3ln1. can anybody help?

    does anybody know if i can put a 3ln3 front on a 3ln1?

    If you mean headlight/windscreen fairing, i reckon they should fit
    Probably need the top cowling mounting frame to match the headlight too, and the 3LN3 windscreen

    I has a spare frame. Windscreen from screens 4 bikes for 120 ish.

    yeah sorry i just ment fairing, windscreen and headlight. I looking at getting a set of fairings from aus if the freight isn't too much but he only has the 3ln3 front fairing and headlight. can't find a 3ln1 one anywhere.

    I'll PM you.

    Try also to look for 2KR stuff, the 3LN1 and the 2KR seem very similar in design. Not sure if @my67xr has looked at that perhaps? Could be an alternative for you.

    ok gurus i've put my bike together and plugged everything back together but it wont start. the lights turn on but i have no lights on in the gauges. any ideas where to start?

    Are you sure you put all the plugs together... none left over?

    Have you checked your fuse box?
