So I'm always on the prowl for ZXR parts and I found a rather odd looking ZXR250A model on eBay, it didn't sell so I made an offer to the seller which he accepted. The seller said it just "stopped" one day and he parked it up and left it for 2 years I originally was chasing a fuel tank and few spares so it seemed like a good deal so I picked it up today and bought it home.

The tank is a dead end, its a C model, but after having a good look at it, I really do appreciate the effort that's gone into it. I'm by no means a Street fighter fan, to be honest I always look at street fighters as the product of an accident and the lack of funds to replace plastics, however my thoughts on this subject have just changed.

I have no plans for it, its going into the spares pool...

BTW - The fuel is 2 years old and pretty ordinary, the battery is flat but I hooked up the leads and she started running on 3, Im sure with fresh fuel and some clean carbs, she will run like a top. That stubby exhaust has a growl.

Let me know if you are planning on selling any of the parts. If I can't recondition my one I may be in need of a new rear master cylinder. :)

no worries Doug, I bought an A model off someone I had sold some parts to in the past, I then bought another one for spares as I wanted the tank and now I have the street fighter, that's 3 of them so parts are a plenty let me know what you need
