ZXR250 mod into Ducati Evo 848

    Accidentally come across this modification on the net. The bike shown in the photos inside the dropbox link is originally a 1997 ZXR250-C model modified to look like a Ducati Evo 848. It has a stock standard zxr engine, with new swing arm, custom tank, headlight, tailight, fairings and footrest.

    No idea how he did it though, especially the custom tank. Is it easy or cheap to get a custom-made tank?:confused:

    Then again I'm sure this heavily modified bike could look better with front and rear five-Y-shaped spokes rims and also a custom exhaust system that goes to the bottom ofthe seats. :drinks:

    zxr250_ducati.jpg zxr250_ducati_1.jpg zxr250_ducati_2.jpg I take my hat of to the builder, that's one awesome looking bike , but I have to say why would he change the rear wheel and not the front ? Plus, those header pipes could have used a sand and paint

    Yea the headers look awful and the wheels dont match.....

    And its like putting a Volkswagon engine in a Ferrari body.....:minigun:
