Help ZXR250/balius's fuel level and float height

    Hello everyone,I'm a new guy from China.I can't receive recaptcha in China.I asked my friend for join this big family.My carb's float valve is damaged. So I bought 4 new,but my carb's tang are adjusted.Zxr250's service manual show the float height should be 13±2mm,and fuel level should be 9.5±1MM below mark.But I adjust float height to 13MM is too rich that can't start.So I need everyone help me,tell me your usable fuel level and float height please,I really need everyone's help.
    By the way
    ZXR250/balius use same carb and engine,just a little different with them.So I think they have same fuel level and float height.

    Welcome.

    Have you also set the mixture screw on each carb as per the manual?

    OK. If it is running rich with 2.5 turns, try 2.25 or 2 turns out and see if it improves how the engine runs

    My engine can't start at this fuel level,is too rich.Exhaust pipes will blasting. Very loud HAHA
