Zeal parts availability

    wondering if zeal FZX 250 parts are still readily available and supported by Yamaha

    In 1999 Yamaha-Motor Australia officially imported the FZX250 but the design differed slightly from the original. The main difference was the addition of a twin headlight with bikini fairing. Unfortunately for the mighty Zeal sales did not meet expectations and as a result Yamaha-Motor Australia seized importing this model.

    Today the ZeaL is a sort-after learner legal 4 cylinder with plenty of aftermarket options. For Australians and those in New Zealand OEMpart availability is good.

    so they should support parts... not a grey import... a lot of the part numbers are the same as 3LN inside the engine/geartrain

    That's becauase they share the same engine, only difference was the 3LN had slightly better internals or something like that,
