Thanx Ken ..... I contacted them previously but they dont sell what I wanted (needle jets) seperate from the kit.

Im certainly no expert on jetting but I would set it up stock and see how it goes and then try the bigger size .... main jets arnt that expensive so may be worth getting a couple of sets and experimenting.

I would also check the other jets for correctness.......Pilot Jets are #35

once you change the pipe on the zxr the original pipe is heaverly restricted so when i put the new pipe on it was runing alot richer i undersand what you mean about puting it back to stock see how its meant to run but funds are abit tight so ill go the bigger jets. Thanks for the input guys ill let you know how it goes.

I would recommend the kit from Moto Spares if you've got the spare time and money to do it. I got my one a few days ago and comparing the repair kit parts to my old parts (aka worn needles) you quickly realise the carbies show their age.

Just make sure you get the kit for the right model (A,B,C) and jets.

Nice I just got my seal kit from Litetek this morning as well. I think it came to about $220 all up for seals + 4 rebuild kits. Not too bad considering it covers almost all the parts in the carbs.

    32mm carbies??
Are you referring to the ones off a ZXR250R C/D, (CVK D32 (32mm)carburetors)

Yes ..... screw it right in till it just hits resistance ..... I usually put a little mark in line with the slot when fully closed to make it easier to get 1 or ½ a turn out accurate

I think the stock setting for the ZXR is 2½ turns out
