   I recently run into an issue on my Balius ll that there are oil and water coming out from the water pump. The lubricant is still good, no mixing with the coolant.
   
   Does anyone here ever change or replace the oil seal or mechanical seal in the water pump? I got the part ready. Just want to know how hard is the work.

   The last time I attempted to do one, it leaked worse afterwards. Take it to a professisonal or order a complete water pump assembly.
