If you get stuck, I reckon the PW80 filter's might fit into the FZR pickup's too http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Petrol-F...122723?hash=item3cd6a43223:g:EE4AAOxyYANTX68K They can be pulled out by grabbing them just above the base with plier's and slip out with a slight twist
Sadly the outlet that needs replacing was hacked where the filters fit The original tap was the same off this bike Someone liked carving craters into metal ...
Look's like that Permatex Ultra Copper silicon gasket maker. I wonder if people that use that stuff, ever take notice when they pull something apart that there was never any sealer on the original gasket's ? There isn't many silicon's that are petrol/oil resistant A little off the original topic, i have pulled end tank's off used car and bike radiator's when rodding them to clean them out, i've found a lot of silicon inside some of them blocking up core's before But yeah it worse when it's been used to seal up anything petrol related
This is what I got, let me know if you want it. I owe you a favour for that other fuel tap so $10 to cover the postage and it's yours. It didn't have any filters attached though... not sure why.
