Please keep in mind that the $300 a set of the ones from Southern Cross are second hand and only JUST road worthy! As Tbone said.. a pair of the high quality spanish ones are shy on $600.

Oh, and whats so good about the spanish ones?
You look at the build and finish quality of the Aussie ones... then look at the Spanish one's and you'll easily tell which one is which. It's like comparing a Commodore brake rotor to a Ferrari brake rotor.

    well put Koma...

the spanish steel is the best in the world... so any thing made out of spanish steel is good... the Australian ones are made out of japonise steel... hmm does the job... the quality is within the AUS standards as well as within the manufacturers standards but the Spanish ones ar just that bit better... and rare painted gold rather than black...

Just out of interest, you wouldn’t happen to know the grade of steel being used would you?
