Thanks GreyImport i will do that one thing i just found is the clutch pulled in makes it try to start but poorly (i mean a screeching noise) ill give the battery another charge and try again tomorrow thanks again
well tested it and its stuffed wont turn at all so i gave it a few taps and would crunch when turning spline with pliers
Can pull it apart but sounds like a replacement would be a good move I would guess its common on many models Part # 31100-26F00-000

Got a new starter from usa only 140 aussie dollaroos with freight happy with that got the carbs professionly rebuilt but had issue with only just barely idling cleaned pilot jet (totally blocked )and now idles fine but wont rev and blows white smoke yet when i spray start ya bastard revs great and no smoke im presumming its the main jet ????????? any ideas ohh great ones lol
Main jets only affect operations at WOT in upper RPM ranges. You need to scrub and clean with PEA-based fuel-system cleaner: - choke jet - pilot jet - idle jet - mixture screw - bleed holes in carb-venturi, mixture screw and emulsion tube Also scrub out secret hidden passages in carb-body. Spray carb-cleaners no longer work due to removal of chlorinated compounds. Requires scrubbing with brushes and poking out with soft copper wire. Ultrasonic soaking for hours. Micro soda-blasting.
Yea take them back and tell him to do them like an amatuer .... alternatively demand your money back and use it to buy an ultrasonic cleaner
Thanks Greyimport im going to pull them out and try doing it myself i did order a rebuild kit but only has needle and gaskets wish me luck
