Very low speed counterbalancing tips?

BASTARDS!!!! Went into the RTA to get my full license and theyve told me the date for upgrade isnt unitl December 13th! I got my license 1 day after that post above and i'm 100% sure! when i did my test i was nearly faild for using 2 fingers on the brake leaver?!. today i was reading in RAPID that Mick Doohan was faild for the same thing, the instructor was just pissed that my mates buzzed his P plate corse and he knew i knew them HAHAHA

 

They said their date must be correct because their computers can't be back dated. Oh but they also acknowledged that my Ls expired on the 18th of november so it would technically be impossible for me to get my p's on december 14th. that place makes no sense to me at all that makes it even worse having to wait to legaly ride if you have the bike there
