I finally got my 250 running right. Now comes the hard part, I need to title and register my bike in Michigan. All I have is a bill of sale. According to the DMV site I need a customs certificate, NHTSA approval and EPA approval before I can get a VIN issued. How has everyone else form the states gotten their bikes titled? I was thinking about cheating and getting a VIN plate from a clean titled FZR600 frame. Any suggestions?
