    Hi,
I'm intending to strip down my Spada engine. Has anyone done this and if so are there any "gotchas" ? I've read the workshop manual and it does not look too difficult, but it's what not written that catches you out!

Any major reason for a strip down?

    Hi,
well, it rattles but not all the time and I was told it's probably the cam chain tensioner, though the rattle does not seem to be detrimental ( I drive a Defender I'm use to rattles :). However I will have free time over Easter so I might do some exploratory surgery.
