Help Spark plug gapping?

    Hi!!!! What happens if spark plugs aren't gapped correctly????

    they should come gapped properly.

    but if its wrong it will either not burn hot enough or too hot.

    my iridiums where pretty far appart, further appart then my old ones for sure. I was thinking maybe they are causing misfires around the power band. i just dont get why my bike would run so AMAZING then all of a sudden start missfiring in REALLY high revs.

    If your gap is too big you will get a weaker spark as you are increasing the resistance between the two points. Not sure what happens with it closer. I'm sure someone here will know.
    As said above they should come correct.

    I would suspect the gap is larger as they are different types of plugs with different specs
