Time to sell, for several reasons, mainly that i will be upgrading in the near future.

    1992 Yamaha FZR250R;
    complied 12/99.

    23 000kms. rego til Oct '05.

Brand new rear tyre, front tyre approx 30-40% rubber,

Front forks rebuilt by Zenostoic from ORoadSports.com 3000kms ago,

one of a kind paint job with R2 stickers (makes it go faster!)

    New front brake pads,

Had spark plugs, fuel and air filters replaced, along with cooling system flush approx 3-4k kms ago,

    Just had fresh oil change,

Datadot security, (I have the papers, as if it matters)

always been looked after and garaged by me,

In great condition, very reliable and great to ride.
good learners bike that will entertain until its time to upgrade.

I bought it this time last year for $6200 with 14k on the clock.

Been dropped once, minor lowside that has since been completely fixed (and properly).

Only damage is to RHS magneto casing (there when i bought it) and slight scratches to exhaust (hardly noticeable).

    Been advertised elsewhere for $5500

    FZR250.com price around $4500 neg.

    SOLD!!!

Sorry to see that you are getting rid of the FZR, but it can only lead to bigger and better, right? So..... what are you going to replace it with?

yeah, sad to see it go, i had a lot of fun on it. but.... its too small for my 6'3" size and yeah i'll be upgrading my licence very soon.

probs getting a trail bike to have fun on over winter then after Xmas hopefully new shiny road bike if missus will allow it.... having 2 toys that is <!-- s:D --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_biggrin.gif" alt=":D" title="Very Happy" /><!-- s:D -->

anyway i'm reasonably negotiable with the price, if you want it PM or post me a price and i'll consider it.
