So's my g/f. She says we need to work on my harem! Back on topic - brake lever fitted and tank strap removed on the CB250 RS.
She's good at supervising work on bikes. Not so good at the working on at this stage. Sent from my SM-G900I using Tapatalk
Finally got that air/battery box back in the ZZ-R250. Put all the bits back on, checked how well the front fairings fit and tested the lights. Long story short - lights are good, fairings need attention or maybe replacing. I'll update the build thread once I've blogged it.
She turns over but no fuel in her tank yet. Will test with fuel tomorrow when the g/f is here as she doesn't want to miss it if Nix fires up first go
So tonight I discovered a lack of spark plugs in the ZZ-R250 when trying to start her. Rookie mistake
Didn't do anything on mine, but rode a mates friends '07 VTR250. Nice little bike, might look for one for my stable.
Did not ride today, went for a ride yesterday and got drenched. Gave the bandit a quick clean, best I could muster.
Flush coolant again but put nulon in it instead of demineralised water Still the same nearly on h dunno what going on mayb I'm not bleeding it through properly as it was fine before I did flush any ideas
Is your thermofan kicking in? You may have knocked the clip off when undoing something else Is it doing it at idle or during a ride? I flooded my bike pretty bad, i over primed my carbs so ended up with hydro lock. had to pull and clean spark plugs and compressed air thru the plug holes to dry it out but got her going again the little adjustment to the pilot screw was a good one
