So after setting my shock the the hardest setting i was still getting alot of bounce in the back end. Today my mate helped me change the  linkage it was on and  what a difference it made. I am no longer scared to ride over bumps. Made it so much stiffer and better to ride. It also lifted the tail higer which looks good. So if you find your sagging to much try it its was realively easy to do but you will definately need a spare pair of hands.
