    Is the rear wheel aligned?
Are the swingarm chain/wheel adjusters equal?

If the wheel is running true then put it on a rear stand and spin it and see if the disc is warped.

I would bleed the brakes straight away, you could have moisture build up which won't help. To be honest I have never encountered a brake pedal bouncing up and down before, new one to me. Keep us posted.:thumb_ups:

    Hi Ken

Does it only do it after a certain amount of riding, or straight away when you jump on the bike?

If it still does it after you bleed the brakes then have a closer look at the disk itself. As you mentioned it could be warped, just put a gauge up to it (any fixed object will also work) and give it a spin. If there is any deviation and your wheels are aligned it's new rear disk time.

I would also check that it's mounted correctly. It's possible, but unlikely it could be caused by one or two of the screws coming loose while the others remain in place.

Only other thing that I can think of is check the pads?? But I don't think they are the culprit.

Good luck with it keep us updated :)
