    OK.

    All clean.

Soaked every part in petrol for a hour or so to do a primary clean.

Brushed off all i could around the carbs.

    Dried the carbs

Sprayed Carb Cleaner everywher over everything and in ervery hole nook and cranny. Still more grit coming out.

Used a compressor to further blow any unwanted stuff still in the carbs and the components. Be careful when doing the diaphragm over the needle, they are very fragile and may tear.

When removing the 2 screws inside the float chamber, remember where which one went. They are both the same size, but have different size holes through the middle. One is the primary (The Large One) and the other the secondary (the little hole).

I did this with the help of a neighbour who is quite mechanically savvy. If I did this by myself I might have got in trouble.

Placed carbs back on took two or three times to start, once it did, it sounded a thousand times better, idles better and most important rode a whole lot better.
