    A guy bought a brand new 2004 r1. 10 miles, engine blown.

    hahaha, Yamaha is so dumb making that rule, waste of peoples time. Yamaha are going to lose customers if they dont stand by their products. YYou always get a bad bike now and again. Yamaha needs to front up the bill.
