I just checked my valve clearances and removed the shims, my question is, should I just follow the FZR400 manual for the new shim sizes (roughly 005 smaller for all of them) or is there a way to be more specific.

Following the manual, I just rounded them of to the nearest .5 and checked the graph, according to it the new shims should be about .5 smaller.

Here's what I've got, can you guys just confirm that it's all sweet before I go and get the shims.

    Thanks guys!

    Looks ok to me.

All the exhaust are just within spec so I would not bother changing them, as they dont seem to alter as much as the inlet valve clearances.
