Track Day Queensland Raceway - Small Wheel Wednesday's

Looks like the 'small wheel Wednesday' track nights are going to be ongoing every fortnight at QR.

Format:
- 400cc and below.
- Clockwise direction

Split into 3 groups:
- Juniors
- Road bikes
- Supermotos


It's a good little set up, probably need to be mindful of track temperatures as we get into the QLD 'winter'.

 

Yeah it's not very well published at the moment by the looks of it, I just happened to come across the facebook post for the opening night, otherwise you can get onto the QR website and choose Moto Ride Day, and pick the Wednesday events.

Just need the standard for a track day, leathers, boots etc, no need for sliders (Mini Moto on the Go Kart tracks requires sliders to protect the track)

Pretty sure they said this next one will actually be 430-930pm rather than 5-10pm

A fun, fast-paced night for all road bikes under 400cc—street, race, and supermotards welcome!

20-minute sessions

Hire gear available

12m-wide track – easy overtaking & plenty of runoff

❌ No plastic sliders required

Only $99, includes carport

Motorcycling Australia Licence required (available at the track for $40)

Event Info:

Gates open: 4:00 PM (via the northern gate)

Park in the marshalling area

Riders’ briefing: 4:45 PM

On track from 5:00 PM (grouped by rider numbers)

Track closes: 10:00 PM
(Running late? No worries—we’ll get you on track ASAP!)

This is the perfect way to blow off steam midweek and have a blast on your bike.
