My rear brake is really pulsating and my front is pulsating and squeaking. This is very noticeable at slow speed like pulling up at the lights.

I have been doing a few emergency stops lately and was wondering have I overheated my disks and caused them to warp? I hope not because it will be so expensive and hard to replace... <!-- s:( --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_sad.gif" alt=":(" title="Sad" /><!-- s:( -->

Or could it be the pads are gone and are causing this? What about the brake fluid could it be old and need changing?

I'd start off by crossing your fingers and hoping that none of the rotors are warped.
Shortly after that i'd take the calipers off and see if any of the pistons are stuck. If one of them is then it's almost good news as it's easy to fix and would explain the pulsing. If they're all fine then start looking for new rotors.

The thing is, it wasn't happening before I did several emergency braking maneuvers from speed. I think it may have overheated the disks and warped them but thats pretty extreme isn't it?

Are the disc surfaces smooth or scored or dirty? Are your pads old?

Maybe check if you can machine the rotors first before replacing them, If they allow for it all you need then is new pads.
