Hi. I killed my engine yesterday <!-- s --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_sad.gif" alt="" title="Sad" /><!-- s --> I took it apart today, and found that one of the rod bearings was totally crushed, and then the skirt of the piston was gone aswell. Now i need new parts. Piston, piston rings, rod bearing, rod needle bearing and a gasket set. does anyone know where i can get this parts, and shipped them to Norway ?? NoFear
even though the bike is probably a japanese import only bike in norway as it seems to be every where else, your local yamaha dealer will probably be able to get the parts for you from the countrys distributers. you better not be too squeemish about payin out money, cause a full set of gaskets will cost you around €200, im not sure what that is in local currency, it could be cheaper to buy a used engine from a breakers
