oil and plugs

    just brought a fzr250 2kr model its been stood about a year took about an hour to get runing so would like to know is best oil to run on and best plugs as well it does not have any history of serviceing so i need to drop oil before i get it road worthy thanks to any one who can help

    For spark plugs use the reccommended plugs.. - NGK CR8E

    thanks for u help plugs in mine r cr9e do u know code for iridium ones has any one tryed a speed derestricted cdi unit out there they r on ebay .co uk if u put in this number 250185029451 it puts u on to the page

    There is no speed restrictor on the FZR and the rev limiter is there to protect the engine from going bang.. Other than that what harm could there be.

    At least you know where to get a spare CDI
