Hi there Got myself an Aprilia RS250 (1999) the other weekend, its a bit sad and tired with 60,000klms. it wasnt running when I got it, but have managed to get it going and doesnt sound too bad but will be stripping it down to check it out, I will be using it for track days and will not register it. so if anyone has any race glass or tuning bits they want to move on please PM me. Also I have a Benelli TnT which I just love and is always a work in progress but going good now I have put a new clutch basket in it Ha. (whole story)
welcome along mate! you'll have great fun on that RS esp on track. try race shield industries (on FB), the bloke that runs the company is Andrew and the quality of fairings he supplies are good and he's also a nice and helpful guy! looking forward in seen the bike show up in the projects section
Thanks Moo for the Race Shield industries referal but unfortunatley Andrew say they dont do them for the RS250. Theres a crowd in china on AliExpress that do them fully painted but only for the 95-97 model not sure how much difference there is with my 99 model.but thanks again and will keep it in the posted projects section with it s development.
ah thats a pity, but as @kiffsta said might be worth while having a chat with Omar from @XCite Bikes about tyga ones or have a look at bespoke fairings in.....Tasmania i believe??
