When I bought my VFR400, I noticed that I had a nice flat spot on the rear tyre in stead of being a smooth arc, and the rubber was really hard. This was certainly effecting the handling so I took the plunge and ordered a new pair Dunlop GPR200's. I choose the Dunlops as a pair was under 400 fitted and I had a excellent run when they were on my ZXR

Should get her back today with some new boots:)

    Cant wait

I think new tyres on anything makes a world of difference...... mainly because of the 'softness' of the rubber.
Too many people think 'my tyres are fine , look at all the tread!' ..... when in reality they are old and hard.

When I got the new rear for the FZR I bounced it on the ground along with the old tyre ..... the difference was extreme.

Did u send off the whole bike or just the wheels?
