Ive been trying to get you to try this for ages mate. Whats it gonna hurt? Even just bridge it with a scrap piece of wire if you dont want to cut the ends off. At the very least you rule it out definitively.

    Okay 300% sure. No spark.
    Not the side stand switch.
The side stand is the green connector on the left side of the battery if you sit on the bike.
There is 3 wires, I disconnected the pig tail and use a wire to jump between the connections and I tried 4 combinations (completely off, 1&2, 1&3 and 2&3). This was all done while the bike was in neutral and yes the side stand light was going on an off between the different combinations.

I feel that puts the side stand to rest.

*sctraches head* I don't think me and Kiffsta tested for continuity between the killswitch pigtail and the cdi!!!
And being that the circuit has to be complete that must be the problem.

Outside of that everything has been checked except for "what happens if the speedo restrictive fails" the mod to by pass it hasn't been done on my bike, but u doubt it failing would stop my bike from starting.

It pretty much has to be the harness from the killswitch connection pigtail to the cdi 100%....

    I will check it tomorrow.

I have used the diagram to tick things i have checked for certain and the possible faults.
Pretty sure I have found where the possible problem could be and a bypass.
Will try when I get home.

As you can see pretty much apart from the wire I have coloured red and the speedo sensor and possibly a main switch connection there isnt much else. I know the clutch switch, side stand and a handful of other wires are definitely fine because the start switch is working.

Wait after looking over it again i made a mistake, clutch diode, side stand ect has nothing to do with starter switch.
So the clutch diode, clutch switch and anything on that circuit to the main switch could be dead. But I am not sure if it is required for spark.

oop wrong again yes it does... what i originally said "because starter switch is working, clutch diode, side stand, main switch ect should be working because starter switch is working" is correct.

    *** Resolved ***
Issue was exactly the wire I pointed out in red on the wire diagram. A complete random break in the wire from the kill switch pig tail to where the coils meet somewhere inside the harness.
After I did my bypass from the black and white wire on the cdi to the "starter" fuse in the fuse box near left air intake (100% tested and legitimate bypass) the bike did a HUGE backfire so I called kiff and he explained my ignition coil order to the spark plugs was wrong. I checked for spark on all 4 plugs, nice blue on all 4. It still wouldn't start, Kiff instantly asked about my idle screw i said i turned it up to max, he said thats the problem (it was, this man is a god damn genius) and bam end of story.
I have put my bike completely back together properly and the mc22 is taking me to work tomorrow.

    End of story.

Messing with one thing at a time is good advice for next time, but glad you got it sorted. :thumb_ups:
