    Hey guys, so my CBX250 project is coming along nicely, however the missus is startin to get the shi ts with me nickin the car all the time. So I've got about $1k layin around that I could fork out for a commuter bike. I've already had a bit of a look but I would definitely appreciate if you guys would help me trawl the internet for some bikes. Would be looking preferably for something local and Jap made (easy to work on)m except Hyosung - I'd rather only have to fix one bike :)

    Ah yeh definitely, anything within about 100km is ok, but you know the closer the better.

    Why not look for another CBX as you may need some little part for the other one and always good to have a spare.

    In all honesty, I like the CBX, but it's hasn't got much in terms of power. Also since the CBX I have is being turned into a cafe racer, there really isn't alot of parts that I need spare. The 249cc RFVC engines are actually pretty common, it's the fairings that are hard to get, and I don't need them anymore.
