yeh just having heaps of trouble getting it off was wondering if you knew from memory if it was around the 10 or 12?

thinking of paying someone to weld a new bolt on but its not cheap being a public holiday tomorow, anyone got tricks or anything to temporarily fix this for work on tuesday.

pull the rubber boot back so i can see .it looks like the bolt through it so any bolt would do OR it is the fishmouth. going outside to check.

ok, is the fishmouth and similar is a heims joint. they can be bought in left and right hand threads.to undo first wind the nut off the shaft away from the joint as it is a lock nut. then wind the joint off.THEN get the yellow pages out for your nearest repco and give them a ring. i doubt if they will have in stock but a motorbike shop mite. then a bearing wholesaler. cbc/bearing dynamics/????once you have it it will be on in less than 10 minutes.sorry for delay but crook with flu. if you were in newcastlew i would take one off a bike to get you out of trouble.
