I never thought i would say this but time has coem for me to sell my bike (not until i get my P's that is in a couple of weeks hopefully).I wont be upgrading bikes at all, its just become a bit hard to justify paying 2 insurances/2 regos/2 services on the car when their are other things i would like to put the money towards (travelling or stating a business). I didnt ride the bike much and probably only clocked up about 1000in the time i had it (since about feb). Its a 1991 3LN (single head light), all stock standard with 23168kms on it. Red/White original paint kit. Replaced the battery couple months ago.Besides the initial problem of having dirty fuel/tank i have never had a problem with it starting up. Il even chick in my AGV gloves for the lucky winner. Probably look at around $4,000 but naturally less for someone on the forums, bout $3850 or so. email for pics
Geez man..getting rid of all your assets at once ey. Sorry to hear of ur decision, at least ur getting ur P's first so u can go straight onto a bigger bike when ur more financial.
not sure how fast id want to upgrade to a bigger bike, esp if i havent been riding for a while. will have to wait and see.
ah man.....sellin ur car n the bike...u must realli want this mr2! anyway....gl with ur p's n selling both ur wheels... dave
hahahah, yeah true that. but i guess i was never much of a lane splitter to begin with. not that hardcore just yet
sorry to see you go! As for upgrading (one day) - don't fear getting a bigger bike if that is what you want. As long as you accept that you are riding a bigger bike, and treat it as such all will be fine. Have fun in the mr2!
