I feel a bit embarrassed asking this because it feels like I should just know the answer and asking Google gave me a lot of information that didn't help me.
I've got LED indicators front and rear on the MC 22 and, in order to produce the correct flash rate, the indicator relay was replaced with an LED appropriate one.
Unfortunately, this meant that the dash indicator light was removed as, when it was in, all four indicators would flash for every turn.
This isn't a huge problem because i'm pretty good at thumbing the button after every turn but it's not ideal.
I've considered a few solutions but my favourite idea is to tap into the wires for each of the front indicators and add an LED that I would mount inside the fairing (somewhere, the location isn't important yet) which would not only give me the "indicator indicator" but would allow for one for each direction, instead of the stock "one of your indicators is flashing" single light on the dash.
Do you think this would work or is two extra LED's in the circuit likely to mess with the relay?
Like I say, I know it's a dumb question but I'd appreciate your thoughts before I go cutting wires.

Extra led's won't be a problem for the flasher can, they are rated at 21w x 2, the led's indicator's would be lucky to draw 10w the pair

Another way around it is to use the stock flasher can and a load resistor (wired in serie's) on each side for the indicator's
