    New to this just joined. Couldn't up load a picture if some one could help I think my file is to big. Happy i stumbled on this web site.

    You mean your trying to load a picture as your avatar?

    If thats the case then the instructions are pretty simply...
    "its width can be no greater than 90 pixels, the height no greater than 90 pixels, and the file size no more than 8 KB."

    Smaller than 90x90 and less than 8kb. <!-- s:D --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_biggrin.gif" alt=":D" title="Very Happy" /><!-- s:D -->
