Anything is possible - however I would suggest sticking with recommended size. The bikes handling will be affected dramatically if you try to put on a tire that is too large (perhaps go to a 130, but probably not 140, and definitely not 150 - the tire is supposed to be 120). It will cause the tire profile to actually change.
