I have a set of Bridgestone BT-003 RS on my MC22 and was wondering if it was possible to get a different Bridgestone tire on the rear that isnt a 003. Just curious since I don'think my current rear will last me till mid next year.

Fine to mix and match brands of tyres, as long as they are the correct size and profile.

    As long as both radials.

    ie BT003 front/ S20 rear
    or Supercorsa front/ DR2 rear

Why not put an S20 rear on now, and a new S20 front when the 003 is gone(which is about 4 days max, man they melt away faster than rears) ?

Probably will do that if a good deal comes up for a S20 rear. Still got plenty of tread on my tires right now so no rush i guess.
