Hi, great to see a 250cc forum on the net. Own two 250cc honda's. A 2011 cbr250 and a 2008 cbf/cbx 250, both single cylinder motorcycles. Although would love to own a cbr 250 mc 22, but the are becoming increasingly difficult to find! Bought the cbx 250 last week, to commute to work on, as my old honda cgr125 has decided to call it a day! Really like the cbx, has enough power to stay ahead of the traffic unlike the 125. Would appreciate advice on adjusting the valves, as im not sure how, never done shims before. As you can see in the picture the previous owner has butchered the seat as he was really short and his feet couldn't touch the ground- have a new one on order.

:Welcome: My weekday commute is on a black 2007 CBF250 F, so it gets regular attention! Not had to do anything with the valves yet though.
