A question for the knowledgable people of this site.

Where do you get new exhaust gaskets to fit my '81 GSX 250?
My local Suzi parts man says they are no longer available.
    Any help would be appreciated.

    thanks
    Dave

I use copper rings from the bearing shop. Much cheaper too!

When dealing with old bike parts and dealers its usually a better move to just use a part # rather than the bike model and year unless they ask for it.
Sometimes a certain part is used over a wide range of models and years but also in their other machinery such as ATVs , jet skis , snowmobiles etc., even outboard motors.

The other thing is some parts guys are only interested in selling stuff for whats on the showroom floor.

    Always try ebay.com and .uk

These are the guys we just bought the pilot jets for the FZRs from ...

Thanks mate, for the prompt answer. I thought I'd be going on fleabay for these and probably a few other parts.
At least the stuff is out there, I did not relish the idea of making my own.
Thanks for the links, I think the credit card may get a workover
