Got my bike back yesterday, so happy !!!!
Though after takin it for a run , i feel like my powerband is not at its full potential.. i was wondering.. with the EXUP cables.. how loose should they be? i can pull it about 6mm, while the top is like 2mm..
tried tighting it with the screw on the cable.. tightest it can go.. is there anywhere else to adjust it.. or is that the right setting?
i have my bike and i dont know where to ride... feel real awkard riding at night.. after my incident.

Dean - congrats on getting the bike back!!! Any pictures of the finished product?

As for the exup - the cables screws should actually be unscrewed to make the cable tighter. Seems counter intuitive, but that is what is needed. I am only making this comment because you mention that you have the screws as tight as they will go (and they should be going the other way to tighten). My cables have stretched enough that the screws are almost coming apart.

(p.s. sorry for such the delay in replying - I have been jetsetting around aus - cairns, then brisbane, then gold coast, and currently sydney for 2 nights - all work related. Then home. Haven't had a chance to check this site recently).

Boz your onto it man. U un-tigthen it to tighten . Thus would not improve power anough that it would make a major diffrence. Check the spark plugs, change the oil anf filter and just ride it remeber if u want power stay away from 250cc

Exup Cables

They should be the same tightness as a guitar string
