    Hi everyone,
My names Michael and I have owned a 91 ZXR250 for about 2 years now and its just sat in the shed...
So basically the time has come to get my motorbike licence and while im in the process of doing that, I have decided to give my bike a big birthday by pretty much going over the whole bike to make it safe as possible and blah blah blah... Anyways heres a pic of her!

Thanks heaps for the kind words guys!
... so rite now im at the stage of ordering parts, so far ive orderd fork seals, a unifilter, DID chain and sprocket set, new clutches with clutch plates and springs, and a dynojet jet kit... im still trying to research the best disc rotor and pads available for a decent price, I also need to order timing chain and tensioner but have no clue on where to start :(

That's a nice shopping list! Metal gear discs I haven't heard a bad word about. For the chain and tensioner direct from kawasaki with part numbers. I can look those up tomorrow for you.

ahhh another Perth member! welcome along mate. very nice ZXR!

Might i suggest if you are doing a brake overhaul look at a set of braided front lines. i promise you its money well spent!

and if your keen, have a look at trakdayz.com.au or their facebook page if your interested in doing some track rider training, will help you loads on the roads also.

anyways, welcome along! looking forward in hearing more about your ZXR.

    92057-1453 For the cam chain
as for the CCT (Cam Chain Tensioner) all I can find is a complete parts breakdown but it is the exact same tensioner as the ZZR250 which was
Australian delivered so easier to order from Kawasaki.

hahaha sweet... I just sold my dining table so I can pull the bike out the shed and put her in the dining room so I have a nice clean place to work on it, surprisingly the missus was ok with that... not that she had the choice!
on a side note thanks heaps for the part numbers man
